At EngInc, we know your time is precious and important, and we know that buying a new homes is not something that should be done in a hurry. As a my EngInc member you will be able to browse the collections of homes that we preview online and then make an online reservation payment.
Online Reservations
Online reservations are only available on selected housing developments. You will be able to distinguish between the developments that are available to be reserved online and those that are not, because developments that are available to be reserved online will have a ‘reserve online’ button visible.
How it works
Where you see the ‘reserve online’ button, you should contact the sales consultant to discuss and agree the plot you wish to reserve. There will be a number of steps you will need to complete either at the sales centre or over the telephone, after which, once we have received confirmation of your ability to proceed with the purchase, we will take the home off the market and hold the property under offer for you for 14 days while you complete the reservation agreement.
There’s no need to sit in the sales centre to complete the checklists, documentation, and pay your reservation fee, you can now do it at home at a time to suit you.
